I have been seeing Dr. Smith for quite a while now and I trust her expertise. I highly recommend her.
I was scheduled as a new patient for the 27th and was called 2 hours before to cancel my appointment and reschedule to the next day at 8:15am. Asked to come in 15 mins early and do when I arrive no one is here except the filing the clerk and when I asked should I sign she says yes and Continues to file. At 8:45 am the front desk person comes in and started calling names of all the people who came in after me. Keep in mind there is no doctor here nor does the staff notify that she is not in and speaks to the patients with an attitude when you ask what’s the status considering I’ve been sitting in this office for an hour with no direction. The office tried to force me to use an isurance I didn’t want to use and took it upon her self to search for the insurance she didn’t even know I had until I asked if was excepted here. This office is unprofessional. I don’t recommend going here unless you want to treated poorly. I don’t know the status of the doctor because at 9am she still was not in nor was the appointment held.
